Sometimes we need to keep going even though it's really hard, we just need to accept the fact its over and it can't be undone.

Lahat nang tao na sasaktan at nag momove on . Getting hurt is easy but moving on is one of the hardest things to do, but it's the solution for us not to get hurt.

well, you can stay friends with you ex but that depends on how you end your relationship with her. If its mutual decision then yes but if it's not, it takes time to be friends because it takes time to move on and let go.
